Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath to movement. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and classes are often structured uniquely.


Community Classes

HYP often will have donation based classes open for the community to experience yoga without the cost barrier. These classes vary in type and scheduling.

Yoga HYPe

Yoga HYPe is Heights Yoga Projects signature style class. The instructors of this class create unique and upbeat/inspirational playlists with challenging yoga poses and flows to help you build the heat without even realizing you’re working. You’ll be having too much fun jamming out to awesome beats to notice the incredible sweat you’ve got going on! Join us and get ready to HYPe it up!



WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. WERQ instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music. Each week a couple of new routines are introduced, so you get to WERQ the routines you know and challenge yourself with ones you’re learning. Ready to WERQ?


Balance +Flow

BALANCE + FLOW is a slower style vinyasa class with a focus on still balance poses that challenge students to utilize their drishti, or focused yogic gaze.


Exploring New Heights

Exploring New Heights is an all levels vinyasa flow designed to make you sweat, and fire up your muscles. Towards the end of class you will be introduced to a more advanced yoga pose, how to enter and exit this pose safely, proper alignment, and modifications.
