HYP often will have donation based classes open for the community to experience yoga without the cost barrier. These classes vary in type and scheduling.
Exploring New Heights
Exploring New Heights is an all levels vinyasa flow designed to make you sweat, and fire up your muscles. Towards the end of class you will be introduced to a more advanced yoga pose, how to enter and exit this pose safely, proper alignment, and modifications.
BALANCE + FLOW is a slower style vinyasa class with a focus on still balance poses that challenge students to utilize their drishti, or focused yogic gaze.
HYP often will have outdoor classes in order to allow more people to join classes than what we can fit in the studio. Connecting with nature allows for greater connection to ourselves while becoming more grounded to the world we live in.
