Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath to movement. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and classes are often structured uniquely.
HYP often will have donation based classes open for the community to experience yoga without the cost barrier. These classes vary in type and scheduling.

The instructors of this class create unique and upbeat/inspirational playlists with challenging yoga poses and flows to help you build the heat without even realizing you’re working. This Slow Burn class integrates breath and movement across all planes. Slow progressive sequences with creative and mindful strength through elongated holds and controlled, fluid movements. This class taps into your intuition with meditative movement and intention setting.
BALANCE + FLOW is a slower style vinyasa class with a focus on still balance poses that challenge students to utilize their drishti, or focused yogic gaze.
Exploring New Heights
Exploring New Heights is an all levels vinyasa flow designed to make you sweat, and fire up your muscles. Towards the end of class you will be introduced to a more advanced yoga pose, how to enter and exit this pose safely, proper alignment, and modifications.
