Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath to movement. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and classes are often structured uniquely.



Barre is a total body workout that utilizes the concept of light weights/resistance with higher reps. This class will work your arms, glutes, quads, hamstrings, and abs in extremely unique ways combining ballet and pilates inspired movements.

Slow Burn

This Slow Burn class integrates breath and movement across all planes. Slow progressive sequences with creative and mindful strength through elongated holds and controlled, fluid movements. This class taps into your intuition with meditative movement and intention setting.

Yin & Meditation

Yin & Meditation supports balance, clarity, mindfulness, and relaxation in your life. Starting with yin yoga, holding a series of poses for a few minutes to stretch and restore the body, and ending in savasana for a deep meditation. Observe what needs to go for what needs to come in a candlelight atmosphere.


Balance +Flow

BALANCE + FLOW is a slower style vinyasa class with a focus on still balance poses that challenge students to utilize their drishti, or focused yogic gaze.


Restorative & Meditation

Restorative & Meditation occurs once a month, Amanda guides you through several intentional restorative poses using props and sounds from singing bowls to help you enter a complete state of restoration and meditation.


Candle Light Slow Flow

Settle in for the evening with a beautiful flow set to candle lights and cozy vibes. This class will  get you moving to build heat, however the poses will be held longer and allow for time to restore, relax, and get you ready for your warm bed. The perfect way to end your evening!
