Tap into the deeper side of your practice in Soul Flow, new to Heights this fall!
In this class, Krista will begin by leading us in a short Sanskrit chant, followed by a guided pranayama breathing exercise. Studies on chanting and pranayama have shown that both help to regulate the Vagus nerve, which can help you feel more centered emotionally and communicatively.
She’ll then lead us into a gentle yoga sequence, created to compliment the overall theme of the week. This class is perfect for those looking for more of an intentional connection to the divine, and/or craving an internal “refresh” in preparation for the coming weekend.
