Yoga Nidra, otherwise known as yogic sleep, is a practice that leads us into a deep state meditation… a place where renewal and transformation are more accessible.
It gently guides the mind towards the path of slowing down, disconnecting, and finding peace. It cares for the mind on a biological and psychological level by allowing the consciousness to travel from alpha wave lengths to beta– gradually and with intention.
Yoga Nidra classes are held one Wednesday evening each month. Classes begin with a short journaling session, and then students are lead through a 45 minute guided Nidra session.
It’s recommended that you dress warmly and comfortably for Yoga Nidra classes.
