Join us in-studio one Friday evening each month as we bring Yoga Book Club back to Heights! $15 gets you a 45 minute yoga flow, followed by 45 minutes of community and discussion about the book of the month. Bringing an appetizer or snack to share with the group is encouraged, but not required.
Based on social media poll results, our first book will be “The Midnight Library”, by Matt Haig. We will meet at 7 PM on Friday October 22, 2021. Discussion questions will be posted on the Heights Yoga Project Book Club Group.
