Our Barre class–with attitude.  Buss Down Barre brings it, with black lights and hip hop music that will get your heart racing and your energy flowing. We’re still building muscular endurance by working those small, repetitive movements and targeting neglected muscle groups…but don’t be surprised to find yourself twerking at the barre!!

Buss Down Barre runs every other Thursday, and it’s the perfect way to set the tone for your weekend!
