Commonly referred to as “Flow Yoga”, Vinyasa classes feature a series of poses sequenced in a way that allows you to move from one to the next seamlessly. These choreographed classes encourage the partnership between breath and movement, and cultivate an awareness of the two. 

Though our Vinyasa classes are a little faster-paced than other classes we offer, our instructors cue alignment and safe form for each pose. Even the most beginner-level yogi can feel comfortable signing up for this class.
