Spend the morning with Dr.. Brit, from Dynamic Essence Chiropractic Center, as she leads a 90-minute breathwork clinic for athletes here at Heights Yoga Project!
We’ll begin with mobility and self-guided soft tissue release to support more efficient breathing, and continue on to learn breath techniques for movement and endurance. We’ll end with a movement lab exploring our biomechanics and drills to improve spinal rotation, hip extension and all the necessary components of efficient running.
This clinic isn’t just for the running athlete. Anyone that wants to improve their relationship with their body and their movement can benefit. Participants will leave with greater awareness of their breath, the subtle relationship of their body parts in movement, and a flow to incorporate into their everyday.
