Heights Yoga Project is honored to host
Heather Otterbine, from
OmBodies Yoga & Functional Wellness
this fall for a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Are you ready to take your yoga practice to a deeper, more meaningful level? Are you interested in sharing your passion for yoga with others by becoming a teacher? Are you already a teacher who is interested in widening your range of skills?
Our teacher training program was developed for the student who is interested in becoming a teacher, as well as, the dedicated student interested in deepening their knowledge and practice, and the teacher interested in widening their range of teaching skills. The OmBodies Yoga Teacher Training Program will provide you with the information and the tools to become a teacher, as well as the “space” to hone your skills and deepen your practice. This program has been developed with the intention of training inspiring and knowledgeable yoga practitioners and teachers that are excited about sharing their passion for this beautiful practice.
The OmBodies Yoga Teacher Training Program is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Alliance Yoga Certification Program. This program nurtures your potential for growth, both as a student and as a teacher. That being said, the dynamic vinyasa style of yoga is physical and requires practice.
Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to teach a full yoga class based on a refined knowledge of human anatomy and physiology as applied to yoga, the psychology of the yoga practice, personal experience, the teaching and learning cycle, and the yogic tradition.
